Technical Customer Support Expert (m/f/d)

The Customer Service team at DISH supports a range of cloud-based solutions and digital tools that help hospitality businesses operate more efficiently and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

As a Technical Customer Support Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers can rely on our solutions every day. By resolving technical issues, providing expert guidance, and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will help deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to the success of our HoReCa partners.

To support our customers when they need us most, our team operates in rotating shifts covering business hours, evenings, and weekends.

Menu of Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for DISH products and services across multiple support channels.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to POS systems, payment terminals, printers, networks, and connected devices.
  • Take ownership of technical incidents, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely resolution to minimize customer impact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Identify recurring issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and support continuous service improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance internal documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials to strengthen team expertise.

Ingredients for Success

  • Proven experience in second-level technical support or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments; familiarity with Jira is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer focus with a genuine motivation to understand customer needs and deliver excellent service.

You can expect an approximate annual gross salary of 50 - 55k if you meet the requirements of this position.
