Working Student - Product Management (m/f/d)

About this position:

As a Working Student in our Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in developing new products and innovations for the needs of our existing customer segments as well as new potential customers in the HoReCa industry. You will play an active part in developing a new DISH innovation for the B2C sector. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about bringing ideas to life, working in a highly motivated and commited international team and is interested not only in the HoReCa industry but in technology and AI solutions.

Your responsibilities:

To be successful, you will explore new market trends (especially AI related) and support in forming innovation cases with pilot potential, usability tests and a close collaboration with the CX team. You will work together with internal stakeholders from different departments in order to develop and test new digital solutions.
Daily, you will assist in tasks related to Content Management, Quality Assurance and Digital Marketing. You will create targeted cross-product B2C campaigns, analyze relevant KPIs and carry out A/B tests for UI/UX improvements.
You will use design thinking tools as well as whiteboard solutions such as Miro and Figma to ideate, organize and communicate ideas related to product development. To record relevant process steps and project milestones you will use agile project management tools and do reportings.

Your Profile:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to fields of Product Management, Business Development or Innovation Management.
You are fluent in both Englisch and German (spoken and written).
You already have relevant work experience in product development through internships or student jobs and have supported in various development stages such as ideation phase and pilot phase.
You are interested in technology and AI solutions and motivate how difital solutions can optimize the HoReCa industry.
You are available at least 15 hours per week

Salary: 12,50 - 15 €/hr (depending on experience)
