Odoo Administrator (m/f/d)

About this position:
As an Odoo Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our Business Support Systems (BSS) Team. Your primary responsibility will be to support all departments within our organization by managing and optimizing the ERP solution, Odoo. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless operation and efficient utilization of Odoo.
Your responsibilities:
  • To be successful you will administrate all Odoo processes covering management of fields for example user access, permissions, and system configurations as well as consulting stakeholders on efficient use of Odoo. Additionally, you will identify areas for enhancements and propose solutions to optimize Odoo’s performance and usability.
  • Daily, you will be responsible for handling all Help Desk Tickets related to Odoo. This includes promptly addressing issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and collaborating with our development team ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • In this role, you will work in an agile environment based on Scrum and you will engage with various stakeholders such as customers, developers, and other team members to ensure Odoo runs smoothly across the organization.
Your Profile:
  • Experience with Odoo is a must-have. Whether you’ve been involved in development or have worked as a consultant, your familiarity with Odoo is essential
  • You have several years of experience in administration in Customer Relationship Management tools for example Salesforce
  • Experience with any Help Desk systems such as JIRA or similar tools
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • A university degree or apprenticeship in Information Technology or a related field is beneficial
  • Fluent in English
