People and Culture Manager (m/f/d)

About this position:

As the People and Culture (P&C) Manager at DISH, you will be a driving force behind our organization’s success. Your mission? Your responsibilities:

To be successful you will effienciently manage group projects (e.g. introduction of a grading system) at the same time and provide key figures to METRO AG.
Daily, you will advise executives, managers, and employees in the areas of personnel planning & development, performance management, career development, team culture or P&C processes. Further, you will actively contribute with own ideas and initiatives to create a great company culture (e.g. organization of international holidays for the employees, cultural workshops, ideas and the monthly townhall).
As P&C Manager, you will lead a small team (recruiting, employer branding, working student) within the P&C department.

Your Profile:

You have several years of experience in a similar position including management & leadership experience to ensure that all P&C processes are aligned with the company strategy of DISH.
You have very good experience in dealing with stakeholders from different hierarchy levels as well as from other METRO entitities and third-party providers.
You have a comprehensive understanding of P&C methods and stay up to date with recent industry trends to implement the newest ideas and technologies within DISH.
You are fluent in English and German to consult, advise and collaborate with various stakeholders in an international environment.
Experience with labour law is beneficial.
