Menu of Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will create and manage Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) for our portfolio of products as well as present your innovative solutions to stakeholders, advocating for the best user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with other designers and guide junior colleagues to success.
Daily, you will design both UX and UI elements, aligning with our Design Language System (DLS). Further, you will work closely with our user research team to integrate insights into your designs.

Ingredients for Success

You have several years of experience as a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer.
You have expertise in creating CJMs, JTBD, and using segmentation frameworks.
You have very good presentation skills and know how powerful storytelling can be.
You have solid knowledge of UX design processes within an agile environment.
You have the ability to conduct user research and usability testing independently.
You are fluent in English; German and other languages are beneficial.
