Menu of Responsibilities
This role is part of our Sales team consisting of ten people. You will be responsible for:
  • Executing and continuously improving DISH sales strategy across METRO countries, including multichannel and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Building trusted relationships with country executives and boards to align sales ambitions and drive digital solution rollouts.
  • Consistently achieving sales targets under varying business conditions through a bottom-up, impact-driven approach.
  • Integrating customer and sales feedback into solution development and portfolio enhancements.
  • Leading the shift from traditional to digital sales channels, ensuring measurable value for both METRO and its customers.
  • Supporting in the sales recruitment of DSF: from hunting, onboarding to performance management. Building strong identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common sales targets.
  • Convincing local METRO boards on DISH digital solutions rollout and steering its execution from GTM to sales achievements (e.g., launch of new products: DISH Pay, POS etc.).
Ingredients for Success
  • Proven experience in sales strategy execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Experience in implementing multichannel sales approaches. 
  • Background in sales recruitment, team building, and performance management. 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets under various business circumstances. 
  • Ability to drive a bottom-up sales approach and demonstrate the impact of digital solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to leverage feedback for product improvement. 
  • Fluent in English and Italian (C1 Level required).

This role requires frequent travels to Italy.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 80k.
