• To be successful, you will support with project planning including keeping track of project timelines and milestones as well as monitoring and updating task progress. Additionally, you will ensure proper documentation of processes, prepare Business As Usual operations and maintain structured filing of project information.
• Daily, you will plan and conduct meetings and share meeting summaries with relevant stakeholder. Further, you will prepare governance and management summaries.
• In this environment, you will support in administrative tasks as well as the creation of presentations, documents and the organisation of materials for promotion of DISH Pay.

• Currently enrolled in studies related to Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology or similar.
• Initial work experience in a digital company.
• Very good skills in MS Office.
• Interest in project management.
• Fluent in English; German is beneficial.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira / Confluence) is beneficial.
