Your Contribution
As Sales Enablement Specialist you will empower international sales teams with the tools, processes, and insights they need to succeed. You will support in leading product rollouts, optimize workflows, and introduce AI-driven solutions and CRM systems to boost efficiency and customer engagement. Your analytical skills will support forecasting reporting and the creation of business cases to support strategic decisions, while your project management expertise ensures smooth execution across markets.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Country Managers, Sales Leads, and cross-functional teams to make sure our salesforce is equipped for success. Your key responsibilities include:
- Support in leading go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, pilots, and training content
- Align and prioritize sales requirements across all DISH markets
- Implement AI tools and CRM systems like Salesforce to boost efficiency and engagement
- Support sales planning with business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and actionable insights
- Optimize and standardize sales processes for scalability and improved performance
- Ensure alignment through clear communication, timeline management, and cross-country collaboration

Your communication and stakeholder management skills enable collaboration across teams and countries - also in other languages than English such as German, Italian, French or Spanish.
