You will take on a variety of tasks that help ensure tax compliance and optimize processes:

• Work closely with our tax experts to understand VAT implications for new business models and support coordination with external consultants and the METRO AG tax department.
• Support the analysis and improvement of administrative processes, such as invoicing, correct booking, customer data collection, and documentation for intra-Community deliveries.
• Assist in preparing tax declarations for Germany and EU countries, including advance returns, annual declarations, OSS, recapitulative statements, and Intrastat.
• Learn how internal control systems work and contribute to identifying optimization opportunities.
• Act as a contact point for tax-related questions within DISH Digital Solutions GmbH and help coordinate with METRO AG’s tax team.

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in finance or tax law, or a related program.
• Interest in VAT topics and willingness to learn about national and EU VAT regulations.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel for data handling and reporting, SAP knowledge is a plus.
