Menu of Responsibilities
As part of our People & Culture Team, you will take ownership of strategic and operational topics that influence every corner of our organisation, including:
- Leading the People & Culture team with clarity, direction and strategic alignment.
- Leading strategic People & Culture projects, presenting them effectively to C‑level, and ensuring execution and follow‑through.
- Steering core People & Culture processes such as salary reviews, internal mobility, FTE planning, and alignment with finance.
- Managing and evolving our grading framework, compensation models, STI system, and internal progression structures.
- Driving organisational development: analysing team structures, advising on change, supporting workforce planning, and guiding leaders through transformation.
- Acting as a trusted partner to managers by providing proactive, clear, and consistent advice including legal related work topics.
