  • Managing and owning a part of our product roadmap: gather requirements, prioritize features, and keep stakeholders updated. 
  • Analysing and improving existing POS Userflows.
  • Defining scope and detailed backlog items (epics, features, user stories) to guide agile development teams. 
  • Driving data-driven decisions: measure product success,validate hypotheses, and optimize feature impact.
  • Being the advocate of our customer: Connect to and understand the pain and wishes of our customers to translate these into proper learnings for our products.
  • Communicating effectively across technical and non-technical groups to ensure transparency and progress.

  • Proven experience in product management for SaaS or similar tech solutions.  
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills in complex environments.  
  • Familiarity with design thinking, customer-centric methodologies, prototyping, UI principles & best practices.

  • Big bonus points by having experience with:
